Chinese rice pudding is a special Chinese food from ancient time, its very famous and even today its still very famous in China. Its very sweet and very healthy because it was made by different kind os vegetables and fruits. Today I will teach everybody how to make it.
The material of it are very healthy. Let me introduce you what do we need
prepare:
sticky rice 25g, raisins 30 grains, 1 slice of dried tangerine or orange peel, almond 10 grams, peanuts 20 grains ,5 candied dates, 20 lotus seed , candied fruit 10 grams, red bean paste 20 g, sugar 30 , chicken oil 45mil.
Let do it!
Add a spoon of sugar into the rice after boil it, mix with chicken oil, and then put into the steamer, keep warm.
During this period, boil lotus seeds thoroughly. Cut dried orange peel into filament cut preserved fruit into small cube.
Put 5 ml oil into a small bowl. Put candied dates ,lotus seeds, preserved fruit, peanuts and other nuts on the bottom of it. Then gently put a layer of sticky rice into the bowl. Press the rice, and it a little bit pressure.
Put a layer of red bean paste on the top of the rice, then put another layer of rice on the top of the red bean paste. Press it gently.
Put it into a steamer, steam it 10 minutes with big fire. Then upturn it into a plate. You can add some honey on it. Then ENJOY IT!!
