This is horrible! U.S army should not be like this, I can't believe that it says that service members who are victims of sexual assault effectively don’t have the same rights as civilians, this means when someone was assaulted by a soldier, she must be silent, because of the commander. After 200 hundred years, U.S became a powerful country with thorough legal system, the civilians' rights are under protection. But the thing happend in U.S army, reflected that the legal system should be fixed again in military. A military is another name card of a country, it is now only show other countries the power of the country, but also can show the quality of the country.
And also I have to agree with the writer, I also wanna know why commander could be the only one people that make the decition about this kind of case.

David I totally agree with you on both of them. Your right. If South Korea did just leave it up to the people they could fix it instead of making a crazy law for it. The Military one. First off you should not take advantage of girls like that. I am with you on this one. They guys shouldnt do that. The girls also need to tell someone. But the guys need more self control.
